LEA Grating Paddles
An easy to use tool for measuring grating acuities of infants, pre-verbal children and people with multihandicaps. The infant is likely to look at the striped paddle rather than the gray paddle. Three plastic paddles have gratings printed on both sides, which decrease in size. A 4th paddle has a gray side used as an "alternative choice". Plot your findings on the graph to compare with "normal" visual development. Product ID.LEA-1
